The procurement, identified as Solicitation Number F4FFBJ4339A001, requires contractors to collect and provide comprehensive intelligence about potential vendors, including company background, financial health, corporate structure, and operational characteristics. The solicitation will use a lowest price, technically acceptable methodology for evaluation, focusing on the offeror's understanding of technical scope, labor hours, and skill mix appropriateness. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM EST on 31 March 2025 and must be submitted via email to Meredith Setterfield and Lisa Belew. All prospective contractors must be registered and have an active registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, with the anticipated award date set for 7 April 2025.

The government reserves the right to award the contract without discussions and will systematically evaluate proposals from the lowest-priced offer onward until a technically acceptable and responsive proposal is identified.
