About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the Air Force Materiel Command's (AFMC) Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Assessment Services requirement. The document details a comprehensive vendor information gathering effort to support supply chain risk identification and mitigation, requiring contractors to collect and provide detailed intelligence about potential vendors, including company background, financial health, corporate structure, and operational characteristics. Key information requirements include company details such as founding year, employee count, stock information, industry classification, leadership profiles, business partnerships, financial metrics, credit health, investor information, and corporate hierarchy.

The associated federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number: F4FFBJ4339A001) is a 36-month solicitation for vendor-specific supply chain risk information licenses, with a base period and two option years. The Air Force will award the contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror, with proposals due by 3:00 PM EST on 31 March 2025 and an anticipated award date of 7 April 2025. Proposals must be submitted via email to Meredith Setterfield and Lisa Belew, with the purpose of enhancing supply chain visibility and identifying potential vulnerabilities across military supply chain echelons, from individual to headquarters levels.
