Update #1 ·

The U.S. Department of Education (the Department) is hosting a Vendor Collaboration Webinar Event to provide pertinent details regarding a new Fiscal Year (FY) 2015 procurement: What Works Clearinghouse (WWC): Reviews, Reporting, Dissemination, and Development (R2D2); on behalf of the Departments' Institute for Education Sciences (IES), National Center for Education Evaluation and Regional Assistance (NCEE). The overarching purpose of the WWC R2D2 procurement is to provide a broad spectrum of support for the WWC Investment which includes two main elements: (1) Conducting reviews of studies submitted as part of the Department's grant competitions, or reviews of studies that receive Department funding, and (2) Developing WWC reports and creating new products to disseminate the findings of the WWC.

The intent of the Webinar is to allow interested parties and prospective offerors to obtain key information on the requirement, to allow for a robust understanding of the respective requirement in its entirety, to obtain valuable feedback on the WWC R2D2 Draft IDIQ SOW and Sample Task Order from industry, and to provide a platform whereby both large and small businesses may obtain the information on other interested parties to support robust small business subcontracting opportunities, partnering and/or teaming arrangements.
