About this opportunity

The U.S. Embassy London, under the Department of State, is soliciting quotations for the supply, delivery, and registration of one new mid-size SUV-type vehicle. The procurement will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) responsible offeror based on initial quotations without discussions, though the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if necessary. Quoters must be companies or individuals specializing in vehicle procurement and must provide all-inclusive firm fixed-price quotations covering labor, materials, overhead, profit, transportation, customs, duties, and delivery to the Embassy. The vehicle must meet comprehensive specifications including a 4-door configuration with right-hand drive, automatic transmission, 200+ horsepower 6-cylinder engine with four-wheel drive capability, 20 mpg minimum fuel consumption, and various technology and safety features such as Bluetooth connectivity, reversing camera, and accident active protection. Quotations must be submitted to Procurement_Box7@state.gov by 1700 BST on May 18, 2026, with pricing provided in GBP or USD excluding VAT.

This procurement is not designated as a small business set-away and has no identified incumbent contractor. While the solicitation does not specify an award value or budget range, the purchase is limited to a single vehicle with delivery preferred within six months to the U.S. Embassy London at 33 Nine Elms Lane, London, SW11 7US in the United Kingdom. Quoters may optionally offer an acceptably similar in-country/forecourt vehicle with faster delivery on a separate form, and diplomatic registration services may be priced separately without inclusion in the LPTA evaluation. The Government intends to make award based on initial quotations and will pay within 30 days of invoice upon receipt of complete delivery documents. All offers must comply with FAR procedures and incorporate applicable representations, certifications, and mandatory contract clauses, including cybersecurity supply chain risk management requirements.
