Added: May 31, 2018 3:12 pm Notice of Contract Award Contract No.70FB7018D00000011, Solicitation No. HSFE70-17-R-0018: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Logistic Management Directorate (LMD) has awarded the above contract for Vehicle Maintenance Support Services. Award was made to International Services Contractors, LLC, 15465 Heron Hideaway Circle, Winter Garden, FL 34787 in the amount of $11,834,304.00. Seven proposals were received in response to the solicitation. The contract was awarded as a Commercial, Firm Fixed Price contract with Cost Reimbursable Line Items for services to be performed at multiple FEMA Distribution Center (DCs). The Period of Performance is for a total of 5 years. The base period of performance is for 6 months. The four, one-year option periods, which if exercised will be funded with O&M funds as they are made available IAW FAR Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. The contract was awarded based on the evaluation criteria as outlined in Section E of the solicitation.

SOLICITATION
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for Vehicle Maintenance Services. FEMA intends to award an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with task orders issued on a firm fixed-price basis for up to 5 years. The specifications are located in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) which is attached.
This is a Request For Proposal. The method of procurement will be total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 811111. Telephone requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. The issuing date for this solicitation is March 28, 2018, questions are due April 3, 2018, and the proposal response date is April 13, 2018. Issuing and closing dates are subject to change. SEE SOLICITATION FOR SPECIFIC TIMES, etc.
Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Information regarding this registration can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Prospective offerors are required to complete Representations and Certifications online at https://www.sam.gov in responding to this requirement. The Government will consider all information from responsible sources that is submitted to the point of contact IAW the instructions within the pending solicitation.
