The equipment must be a non-invasive diagnostic system for arterial and venous assessment using Doppler ultrasound technology, with a continuous wave Doppler system featuring minimum 8 MHz probe capability, integrated non-invasive blood pressure module with automatic cuff inflation (pressure range 0–300 mmHg with 3 mmHg accuracy), segmental pressure and ankle-brachial index testing capabilities, mobile cart configuration with locking casters, built-in LCD display, and USB or network capability for EMR integration. The system must be the newest current model from a manufacturer maintaining active production lines, replacement parts inventory, and published specifications, and must carry FDA clearance for non-invasive vascular diagnostic use. All products must be domestic end products complying with the Buy American statute. Vendors must be OEM, authorized dealers, or authorized distributors verified through authorization letters. Delivery is anticipated August 3 through August 17, FOB Destination to 921 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. The contractor is responsible for white glove installation, performance verification, and must provide a one-year manufacturer's free replacement warranty including return shipping. Offerors must provide proof of current SDVOSB certification through Vet-Cert verification at quote submission and award.
