About this opportunity

The Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking a contractor to provide used and junk automobile vehicles to be used in various dynamic law enforcement training courses at the Fiske Range in Fort Moore, Georgia. The contractor will be required to transport the vehicles to and from the training location, and the vehicles must meet specific criteria such as being 4-door sedans with intact doors and window glass, inflated tires, and clean interiors. The contract has a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, and the Government will award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous, with the non-price factors of Meeting the Minimum Requirements and Past Performance being significantly more important than Price.

This is a 100% small business set-aside requirement, and quotes are due by October 18, 2024. The contractor must be able to provide up to 200 used/junk cars per 12-month period for the 5-year period of performance, and vehicle deliveries and pickups must be coordinated with the OFTP Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The place of performance is the Fiske Range at Fort Moore, Georgia, and the NAICS code is 423110 - Automobile and Other Motor Vehicle Merchant Wholesalers.
