About this opportunity

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Contracting (OCON) will host its third Quarter Engagement with Industry for Fiscal Year 25 on April 29, 2025, at 1:00 pm (ET). This quarterly industry engagement is designed to facilitate open dialogue between USCIS and potential contractors about current and future procurement requirements. The event will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, with participants automatically muted and video disabled upon entry. USCIS plans to record the session and subsequently post it on their YouTube channel. Vendors are encouraged to submit questions in advance to ensure comprehensive and accurate responses.

The primary objective of this Special Notice is to provide industry stakeholders with the latest procurement-related information from USCIS. Contractors interested in participating must self-register using the provided Microsoft Teams link and submit their questions to USCIS_Vendoroutreach@uscis.dhs.gov by 10:00 am (ET) on April 24, 2025. The event will follow a structured format where presenters will discuss requirements by subdivision, answering live questions specific to those segments before moving to the next section. All questions will be collected and responded to post-call, with presentation slides to be uploaded no later than April 15, 2025. The quarterly conference call is part of a larger fiscal year schedule, with additional industry engagement sessions planned for October 29, 2024, January 28, 2025, and July 29, 2025, demonstrating USCIS's commitment to maintaining transparent communication with potential vendors.
