Place of performance is Depoe Bay, Oregon at 240 Coast Guard Drive. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to install a 100-amp, 120v/240v subpanel tied directly to the existing 23.0 KW emergency generator distribution panel, route seven new circuits serving the galley, berthing rooms, recreation room, offices, and gym, and complete comprehensive testing to ensure seamless operational transition between shore and emergency power. All work must comply with the National Electrical Code, OSHA Safety and Health Standards (29 CFR Part 1926), and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with completion required by August 31, 2026. Amendment 01 revised the Statement of Work to clarify project scope and updated the subpanel installation location due to code clearance limitations. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment by signing and returning the attached SF-30 with their quote submission. A mandatory site visit was conducted June 17, 2026; failure to attend rendered proposals non-responsive. Prevailing wage rates apply per the Service Contract Act (Lincoln County, Oregon wage determination effective May 13, 2026). Payment is made Net 30 via the USCG Finance Center, Chesapeake, Virginia, with invoices submitted through the Invoice Processing Platform (www.ipp.gov).
