The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract with an initial one-year term and potential for four additional renewal years. Performance is to begin within 21 calendar days of award and be completed within 30 calendar days, located at 1664 Weeksville RD, Elizabeth City, NC 27909. There is no indication of a current incumbent contractor, suggesting this may be a new service requirement. While specific budget details are not disclosed, the contract will cover comprehensive water treatment services including chemical application, equipment maintenance, waste disposal, and monthly and annual reporting to optimize boiler and cooling tower performance. Contractors must meet specific technical requirements outlined in the Statement of Work, including installing and maintaining conductivity controllers, chemical feed systems, and providing detailed documentation of treatment activities.
