Place of performance is Anchorage, Alaska, with delivery to TFSI (Attention: Mitch Mellott), 2000 W. International Airport, Unit B1, Anchorage, AK 99502. The Coast Guard operates over 90 installed 12-cell battery units throughout Remote Fixed Facilities in the Rescue 21 Alaska Area of Operation, providing secondary backup power to critical communications equipment. This is a brand-name-only requirement with no substitutes accepted; the specified configuration is 24V 12-cell bank (4 cells across stacked three high), configuration code M87-012-10017-014AIL, manufactured by Stryten Energy.
The government's required delivery date is September 30, 2026, with acknowledged manufacturer lead times of approximately 14 weeks.
