The venue must support 75 Band performers plus 12 guest artists across the three-day event period, and additionally host a 150-person reception on December 8, 2025. The timeline requires vendor coordination meetings to be completed by August 15, 2025, promotional activities to begin September 15, 2025, and the actual performances to occur December 8-10, 2025.
