The General Services Administration Public Buildings Service intends to lease 24,733 to 25,970 rentable square feet of office and related space in New York City, with expressions of interest due June 10, 2026. The government will evaluate renewal of the existing lease at 33 Whitehall Street for an additional five-year term effective September 18, 2026, through September 17, 2031, and will conduct a cost-benefit analysis to determine whether to compete the requirement or pursue sole source justification based on relocation costs.

The building must be Class A, with accessible public transportation within 0.25 walkable miles of the building entrance. No parking spaces are required.
