The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is soliciting preventive and corrective maintenance services for eight Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and associated batteries located at Naval Air Station Meridian, Mississippi. The contractor must provide fully licensed, factory-trained, and OEM-certified technicians capable of servicing Eaton, Vertiv (Liebert), and Toshiba UPS units ranging from 10 to 80 KVA capacity. Key service requirements include guaranteed 4-hour on-site response availability 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; 100% parts coverage excluding full battery and air filter replacements; annual full preventive maintenance on all eight units; semi-annual and annual preventive maintenance on internal battery pack cabinets; and provision of a toll-free customer response center with online portal access. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable quoter based on technical capability and pricing.
