Responses must include technical documentation—cutsheets, product brochures, or datasheets—demonstrating specification compliance; generic responses without supporting evidence will not be reviewed.

The USRP must feature SMA (f) RF connectors, a processing system with minimum 1200 MHz CPU and 4 GB DDR4 memory, RJ45 and at least two USB-C connectivity ports. The baseband component requires minimum 500 MS/sec sampling rate across at least 4 channels, 12-bit ADC resolution, and 14-bit DAC resolution. The RF transmitter must provide at least 4 channels spanning 1 MHz to 8 GHz with frequency step resolution below 1 MHz and maximum output power not exceeding 23 dBm. Maximum instantaneous real-time bandwidth must reach 400 MHz with average noise density no greater than -146 dBm/Hz (measured at 23°C across 10 MHz to 8 GHz).

Operating environment specifications call for 0°C to 55°C operating temperature and 10% to 90% noncondensing humidity. The system must demonstrate software compatibility with MATLAB Toolboxes, UHD version 4.1 or later, RFNoC, GNU Radio, C/C++, Python, OpenEmbedded Linux, and LabVIEW 2020 or later with LabVIEW FPGA 2020 or later.
