About this opportunity

Offerors must flush hydrants and valves according to the specified plan, record water quality data, and submit deliverables in GIS format. Proposals are due by August 12, 2021 and will be evaluated using lowest price technically acceptable criteria.
This requirement has been set aside for small businesses only under NAICS code 237110 for water and sewer line and related structures construction. The period of performance is from September 2021 through August 2025 for the base and option years. The place of performance will be at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Offerors must demonstrate the ability to perform minor repairs, backflow certification, excavation if needed, and weekly reporting using their own tools and vehicles.
