About this opportunity

The Department of Defense (DoD) Washington Headquarters Service has awarded a contract to FedResults, Inc. for UiPath computer software licenses to support the Department's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Program. The contract, valued at $1,462,705.70, covers 52 software licenses including Named User, Automation, Unattended Robot, and Test configurations, which will support the DoD RPA shared services platform managed by the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). The contract has a base period from April 26, 2025, through April 25, 2026, with potential for four additional one-year extensions through April 25, 2030. The procurement was strategically executed through the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative Blanket Purchase Agreement, with careful consideration of the software's unique integration and the potential high costs and delays associated with changing RPA vendors.

Notice text

EFT requires UiPath licenses for DoD Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Program that allow individuals to quickly develop and maintain automations. The UiPath license renewal will continue the existing programs that are connected to the DoD RPA shared services platform, which is owned and managed by the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). This requirement will ensure continued project operations on developing and maintaining automations for the DoD.

Awarded contract N6600121A0026 to FEDRESULTS, INC. for 1462705.70 on 2025-04-29.
