About this opportunity

The National Institutes of Health is issuing a notice of intent to award a sole-source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Mobile Communications America (Lawrenceville, Georgia) for maintenance, repair, programming, software support, technical support, inspections, and emergency response services for the NIH Research Triangle Park UHF Communications System supporting the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences campus in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, with a response deadline of June 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.

The estimated total contract value is approximately $350,000 over a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. Any responsible source believing it can satisfy the requirement may submit capability statements by the deadline addressing current Motorola Solutions authorization, access to proprietary resources, qualified personnel availability, relevant experience with similar systems, and ability to meet response time and performance requirements. Capability statements must be submitted electronically to Andrew Gathogo, Contracting Officer, at Andrew.Gathogo@nih.gov.
