About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 7 (VISN 7) has issued a Special Notice announcing its intent to sole source a firm-fixed-price contract for commitment management coaching services. The contract will support eight Medical Centers across Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina, with the intended recipient being Heads-Up Performance, Inc. from Tampa, Florida. The opportunity falls under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 541611 for Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $24.5 million. This Special Notice is not a formal request for competitive quotations but serves as an opportunity for potential contractors to submit capability statements for government review.
The primary objective of this Special Notice is to provide the VA with specialized commitment management coaching services for its Southeast Network. Contractors interested in responding must be registered in beta.SAM by the closing date of December 31, 2024, with Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses required to be VetBiz certified. All submissions must be emailed to Chelsea Smith (Chelsea.smith1@va.gov) by 2:00 PM Eastern Time, and must include an authorized dealer/distributor letter and documentation demonstrating compliance with the Nonmanufacturer Rule. The government will carefully review all capability statements to determine whether a competitive procurement is justified, with the final decision remaining solely at the discretion of the VA. Potential contractors should note that while this is a sole source intention, the VA remains open to considering alternative qualified vendors who can demonstrate comparable capabilities in commitment management coaching.
