The contractor must complete all work within a 30-day performance period following contract award. The two tanks requiring maintenance are Tank 1, a potable water tank measuring 26.6 feet by 14.5 feet by 15.1 feet, and Tank 2, an irrigation and fire suppression tank measuring 40 feet by 40 feet by 32 feet.
