Key technical requirements include near-real-time integration with government supply systems, a chatbot interface, visual supply metrics dashboards, and predictive analytics capabilities that can determine critical stock levels, recommend ordering timelines, assess lead times and costs, track repair cycle times, and differentiate between critical spares, time-change items, and standard parts. This Request for Information is for planning purposes only and does not guarantee a future solicitation will be issued. Responses to the contractor capability survey are due by August 22, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST.
