The contract is structured as a fixed-price agreement with three contract line items: CLIN 0001 covers two 20-foot containers at Camp Crabbs for 38 days (May 14 to June 20, 2026); CLIN 0002 covers two 10-foot containers at Camp Blizzard for 19 days (May 31 to June 18, 2026); and CLIN 0003 is a not-to-exceed line item for Defense Base Act insurance. The solicitation is subject to availability of funds, and all pricing must be fully inclusive of costs and fees. Work will be performed in Antigua and Barbuda at the two designated field feeding sites.
