The solicitation requires the successful vendor to deliver and maintain 35 chemical latrines and 19 hand-washing stations across multiple military locations, including Teteron Barracks, Tucker Valley Range, and Camp Omega. The contract involves daily cleaning, servicing, and restocking of facilities with toilet paper, antibacterial soap, and disinfectant solutions, with strict performance standards mandating no more than one deficiency per week. Offers are due by March 31, 2025, at 1:00 PM, and the solicitation is being processed as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The contract period spans from April 22 to May 9, 2025, with a total operational timeframe of 12-18 days. All contractor personnel must be Trinidad and Tobago nationals, and the contract will be executed as a firm-fixed-price arrangement. The place of performance is Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, with specific delivery locations including military training and administrative sites. While the exact award value is not explicitly stated, the comprehensive service requirements suggest a significant investment in providing essential sanitation infrastructure for the military exercise.
