About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center is procuring metallic tube assemblies for F100 engines through solicitation FA812125Q0020. These titanium tube assemblies (NSN 4710013185083NZ, Part Number 4076853-01) have specific dimensions including a 0.750-inch outside diameter and 0.031-inch wall thickness, and serve as oil supply components to the engine. Potential contractors must be qualified as approved sources prior to contract award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1, and are encouraged to submit Source Approval Requests (SARs) through DoD SAFE as soon as possible since the government will not delay award to review pending applications. The acquisition will be evaluated as a price-only competition with award going to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror who meets qualification requirements. The estimated solicitation issue date was May 30, 2025, with responses due by June 27, 2025, though the posted due date shows July 11, 2025.
This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and no incumbent contractors are identified in the solicitation materials. The contract includes three Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): 50 units to be delivered by November 30, 2026, 2 units by May 30, 2026, and 1 unit for first article qualification testing with associated Contract Data Requirements List deliverables. The solicitation employs range pricing with quantities spanning from a minimum of 13 to a maximum of 78 units, though the specific CLINs total 53 units across all line items. Performance will occur at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma, with the contract structured as a firm-fixed-price, one-time spares buy for new manufacture items. The acquisition is subject to availability of funds per FAR 52.232-18, and contractors may be required to comply with Unique Item Identification requirements if unit prices exceed $5,000.
