About this file

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the overhaul of a metal tube assembly for the F100 engine, issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center. The solicitation (FA812125Q0020) seeks a one-time purchase of titanium tube assemblies with NSN 4710-01-318-5083, with a minimum quantity of 13 and maximum quantity of 78 units. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price award, with delivery requirements spanning from May to November 2026, including first article testing and various documentation submissions.

The acquisition is a price-only competition, with the contract to be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror who meets qualification requirements. Potential suppliers must be an approved source and may need to submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) through DoD SAFE. The solicitation includes multiple contract line items (CLINs) for different quantities, with surface transportation specified. An ombudsman is available to address contractor concerns, and the government reserves the right to award without discussions, emphasizing the importance of submitting comprehensive initial proposals.
