The Request for Quotations (RFQ No. 19SN1025Q0030) solicits a comprehensive tree maintenance contract that includes pruning, trimming, removing dead branches, clearing vegetation, and managing overgrowth across approximately 42 distinct tree locations. To be considered, offerors must attend a mandatory site visit on June 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM and submit their quotation electronically to SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov by June 20, 2025, at 4:30 PM Singapore time. Quotations will be evaluated based on the lowest price for an acceptable and responsible offer, with the government intending to award the contract without further discussions. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit their proposal in English using specific file formats not exceeding 30MB.
The solicitation is not set aside for any specific business category and will be open to all qualified vendors. The contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order to be completed within 30 calendar days of award, with work to be performed during standard working hours (0900-1630 Monday-Friday). While no specific award value is mentioned, the scope involves detailed landscaping interventions for multiple tree types including coconut, banana, palm, and bamboo across two diplomatic residences in Singapore. Contractors will be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, labor, and tools, and must comply with local safety regulations and labor laws. The U.S. Embassy's Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) reserves the right to inspect and test services throughout the contract period to ensure quality and compliance with the comprehensive Statement of Work.
