About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center is soliciting a transparent digital LED film display for the Orlando VA Health Care System, with proposals due August 12, 2026. This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
Place of performance is Orlando, Florida. The display must measure 10 feet in height by 6 feet in width with a 5mm pixel pitch crystal clear version offering 85–95% transparency. The control system must use Novastar TB40 receiving cards, with a 120-volt hidden power supply. The display must deliver brightness of 2,000–3,000 nits with day/night auto-adjust capability and feature flexible panels that can be bent, cut, and adhered directly to glass. Installation must occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time; the contractor is responsible for removing all packaging materials and must coordinate with the VA point of contact two weeks prior to delivery.
The period of performance is 30 days following contract award. Offerors must submit pricing for three line items: the transparent LED display unit, a project kick-off call within 14 calendar days of award, and installation services. The contract is firm-fixed-price. Award will go to the lowest-priced, responsive, responsible SDVOSB offeror whose quote conforms to all requirements on an all-or-none basis without discussions.
