FEMA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with a base period of performance of one year with four (4) twelve month option periods. It is anticipated that a single award will result from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97.
The scope of work includes support to provide FEMA with a wide variety of wireline telecommunication equipment and services in support of disaster and non-disaster requirements throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). A combination of wireline communication services will fulfill the agency's requirements for voice, data and video communications.
