The utilities for the vessels will be updated as well to accommodate the requirements of the new vessels. The new utility work will include new sanitary sewer (SS) lines from the new pier locations over to the nearest SS manhole, new bilge lines that will run from the new pier locations up to an existing holding tank, and new electrical distribution lines and transformers will be required to provide shore power to the new vessels. Dredging of the creek bottom in the finger piers to a depth of 17 feet will be required. Up to one (1) foot of over depth will be allowed.
