About this opportunity

The US Embassy Bangkok seeks temporary quarters accommodation for one government employee and their family for 73 nights from August 4 through October 16, 2026, with quotations due July 27, 2026 at 4:00 PM Bangkok local time and questions due July 21, 2026 at 12:00 PM Bangkok local time. The procurement will be awarded to the lowest-priced acceptable offeror based on initial quotations without discussions, though the Government may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if necessary.

Place of performance is the Silom or Sathorn areas of Bangkok, Thailand, within a 15–20 minute driving distance from the Embassy on Wireless Road (120–122 Lumpini Bangkok 10330). The facility must be a three-bedroom hotel or serviced apartment unit (adjoining units are acceptable only if a single integrated three-bedroom unit is unavailable), suitable for a family of four. Required amenities include daily housekeeping with daily towel replacement and linens replaced at least twice weekly, on-site fitness facilities and swimming pool at no additional cost, in-room Wi-Fi, unlimited utilities, tea and coffee-making facilities, and in-unit washer and dryer. The contractor must operate directly as a hotel or serviced apartment provider, enabling real-time coordination with the Government for booking confirmation and check-in/check-out support.

All quotations must be priced in Thai Baht with no VAT (US Embassy tax exemption applies). The Government reserves the right to vacate earlier with no penalties or charges, or extend stay at the contract rate. All offerors must be registered in SAM prior to submission. NAICS code is 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. Parking is not required. Amendment No. 0001, effective July 23, 2026, modified the period of performance and quantity requirements as outlined above.
