About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation No. 19TH2026Q0054 issued by the Embassy of the United States of America in Bangkok, Thailand for Temporary Quarters (TQ) Accommodation services.
The solicitation requires a hotel or serviced apartment with a three-bedroom unit to accommodate a family for 73 nights from August 4 through October 16, 2026. The facility must be located in the Silom or Sathorn areas of Bangkok, Thailand, within a 15-20 minute driving distance from the Embassy on Wireless Road. While adjoining units are acceptable if a single three-bedroom unit is unavailable, the government's preference is for one integrated three-bedroom unit to keep the family together during the long-term stay. Parking is not required. The government will provide at least three days' notice prior to check-in if cancellation occurs before August 5. The document clarifies that "Wireless Road" and "Witthayu Road" refer to the same location at 120-122 Lumpini Bangkok 10330.
