The Contractor must reserve the unit for the full required period, ensure compliance with specifications, provide clear pricing with service charges included in rates, ensure housekeeping and utilities are included or itemized, coordinate with the Government for booking confirmation and check-in/check-out support, and provide immediate notice of availability changes. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht with no Value Added Tax applicable due to the U.S. Embassy's tax exemption certificate. The Government reserves the right to vacate earlier or later than specified; early vacancy incurs no penalties or charges, while extended stays are paid at the contract rate.
