The contractor must ensure all employees pass security background checks, complete Anti-Terrorism Level I and iWatch training within 30 days of award, and maintain emergency maintenance response times of two hours, with quality assurance surveillance based on 27 performance requirement standards documented in the Technical Exhibit.
