The Government anticipates awarding one firm-fixed-price requirements contract consisting of one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, with services delivered through fixed-price delivery orders. The price schedule includes six primary service categories: tank cleaning with estimated quantities ranging from 3,750 to 300,000 gallons annually depending on tank type and condition code, bilge area cleaning at 20,000 to 60,000 gallons annually, contaminated liquid removal at 200,000 gallons per year, Marine Chemist certification at 25 calls annually, underwater hull cleaning measured in square feet ranging from 198,750 to 234,000 square feet annually, and standby/delay charges at hourly rates. All work will be performed at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21226 (Curtis Bay facility), and contractors must maintain specified insurance coverage including Ship Repairer's Liability of $500,000, Comprehensive General Liability of $500,000, and state workers' compensation.
