About this opportunity
The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center seeks Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) respiratory protection equipment and hazardous material response supplies, with proposals due August 21, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. MDT and questions due August 5, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. EDT. This is an Indian Economic Enterprise set-aside; offerors must certify 51 percent Indian ownership and maintain eligibility at offer submission, contract award, and throughout performance.
Place of performance is Kayenta, Arizona. The procurement comprises 18 contract line items including MIRA Safety tactical gas masks in multiple sizes and configurations, NBC-17 40mm CBRN filters, protective gloves (HAZ-GLOVE butyl rubber and MIRA NC-11 models in sizes XS through XXL, totaling 276 pairs), DeconDust decontamination powder, CBRN decontamination wipes, Kappler ChemTape biological hazard sealing tape, and MIRA gas mask replacement kits. Amendment 0001, effective August 17, revised CLIN 4 to specify the MIRA Safety C21 Large/Right mask (quantity 6), CLIN 17 to clarify sealing tape packaging options (4–5 packs or 20 individual rolls), extended the closing date, and revised technical requirements from NIOSH-certified to NIOSH-approved equipment.
Offerors must follow submission instructions in Section E and provide three volumes: technical capability and demonstrated experience with manufacturer specifications; a delivery schedule showing maximum 30-day After Receipt of Order with preferred 8–15 day ARO; and a firm-fixed-price quote on company letterhead. Evaluation weighs Technical Capability and Demonstrated Experience (most significant), Price, and Delivery Schedule (least significant). The Government reserves award discretion to a higher-priced offeror with superior technical capability. Delivery within 30 days ARO is mandatory; 8–15 day delivery receives significant evaluation advantage. NAICS 339113; PSC 6515.
