The contractor must designate a Senior Operations Analyst and Full-Stack Developer as Key Personnel and comply with all security requirements including Top Secret//SCI clearances and SAP read-ins.
The estimated period of performance consists of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods for a total contract life of five years if all options are exercised.
