The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a firm fixed price and cost plus fixed fee delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-23-G-0002 to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS), Owego, New York, for System Configuration (SC) 28 Fleet Release in support of MH-60R/S aircraft, with the award made on May 21, 2026.

Performance runs from May 21, 2026 through June 30, 2028. The work encompasses non-recurring development, integration, test, and deployment of the MH-60 Product Line SC28 Fleet Release across all MH-60 air platform variants, including United States Navy and Foreign Military Sales aircraft. The award was made on a sole source basis under Title 10, U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. LM RMS is the sole designer, developer, systems integrator, and manufacturer of the MH-60R and MH-60S weapon system and possesses the only requisite knowledge, skilled personnel, facilities, manufacturing tooling, test equipment, experience, and technical data necessary to perform the work.
