About this opportunity

The Colorado Army National Guard intends to solicit for warehouse shelving replacement at Buckley Space Force Base in Colorado, with capability statements due by May 30, 2026; the procurement is set aside for total small business.

The 140th Logistics Readiness Squadron (supporting the 120 Fighter Squadron Alert Mission) requires replacement of a failed electronic mobility shelving system that currently houses mission-critical F-16 aircraft parts. The existing system has been identified as a critical safety hazard and shut down. Current operations demand that personnel spend up to ten minutes manually opening forty-eight-foot sections to retrieve and store parts, creating serious physical safety risks due to weight and volume. The replacement system must serve more than 1,800 Colorado Air National Guard members and provide uninterrupted simultaneous access to thousands of aircraft parts. The new shelving will be located in the middle of the warehouse and requires complete removal and installation of the current system.

Performance is at Buckley Space Force Base in Colorado. Evaluation will consider price, technical merit, and past performance; award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer provides best value to the Government. Interested vendors should submit a formal response including a capability statement and vendor CAGE/UEID information. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; do not submit quotes at this time.
