About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Fort Worth District is seeking a Project Management Professional (PMP) Training provider to conduct an in-person exam preparation course for approximately 17 students. The solicitation requires a PMI-approved Authorized Training Partner instructor to deliver a comprehensive 35-hour training program designed to help participants pass the PMP certification exam. The training will cover the most recent PMBOK Guide and include both electronic and hardcopy training materials, with instruction scheduled for May 12-16, 2025, at the USACE facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit their quotes by April 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM CT. The government will evaluate quotes using two primary factors: Price and Past Performance, with a focus on ranking offers by Total Evaluated Price and assessing the lowest-priced offeror's past performance references from within the last three years.
This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 611430, with a size standard of $15.0 million. There is no indication of an incumbent contractor, and the solicitation represents a new training opportunity. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price award for a single Contract Line Item (CLIN), with the total performance period not to exceed 90 calendar days from contract award. The training will accommodate between 15-20 students, with the government providing the physical space and audiovisual equipment at 819 Taylor Street in Fort Worth, Texas. An offer must receive a "Satisfactory" past performance rating to be considered for award, and the instructor must be capable of delivering enthusiastic, comprehensive instruction that prepares students to successfully take the PMP examination.

Update #2 · Latest ·
The purpose of Amendment 01 to Solicitation W9126G25Q3959 is to incorporate a technical factor to clarify the qualifications necessary for the instructor based on questions received during the question period for the solicitation and to specify the exact dates for the training as the return of remote employees to Ft Worth has caused conference room availability to be limited.
The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), Fort Worth District is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under number W9126G25Q3959 for Project Management Professional (PMP) Training and shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.
