About this opportunity

The United States Marine Corps seeks preventative maintenance service for four government-owned Tennant industrial sweepers at Camp Pendleton, California, with proposals due August 21, 2026. This procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside designated for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) with a 100% set-aside.

Place of performance is Camp Pendleton North, California. The contractor must schedule quarterly preventative maintenance inspections (16 annually across four machines) for September, December, March, and June cycles, respond to up to three diagnostic trips per year at the Contracting Officer's request, and provide over-and-above repair capability as authorized. Service calls must be scheduled within three business days of government notification and completed repairs within 30 days of modification issuance unless parts lead-times require otherwise. Service is provided Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at government-furnished facilities. Contractor personnel must have previous experience working on Tennant sweepers and must obtain Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credentials for base access.

The period of performance runs from September 9, 2026, through September 8, 2027, with four optional one-year renewal periods available, not to exceed 66 months total. Quotations must be firm fixed-price and include the executed SF 1449 form with all Contract Line Items priced, FAR 252.204-17 completed, and technical acceptability demonstration meeting Statement of Work requirements. Prevailing wage rates established by the Service Contract Act apply, with wage determination effective May 13, 2026. The NAICS code is 811310; the PSC code is J039. Evaluation prioritizes technical capability based on maintenance procedures and price reasonableness, with award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quoter. All materials and parts are provided at the contractor's cost without markup at the lowest available price.
