(1) INTRODUCTION
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J Hughes Technical Center at the Atlantic City Airport, NJ has a requirement for Superfund Architect & Engineering Environmental Support.
(2) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The anticipated period of performance is ten years from date of award.
(3) Full and Open Competition
This procurement will be full and open competition utilizing Best Value Trade-Off procedures. The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541620.
(4) STANDARD LANGUAGE
This Screening Information Request (SIR) is a Request for Offer (RFO), and an awarded contract may result from proposals submitted in response to this announcement. The Government will not be liable for any costs associated with the submittal of a response to this SIR.
(5) DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Responses to this SIR are due as identified in Section L.1 (a). Submission by 4 PM (EST) on Wednesday, March 2, 2016. All questions must be submitted in writing to veronica.anderson@faa.gov by 4 PM (EST) on Tuesday, February 16, 2016.
