The contractor is responsible for return shipping of the coated connectors via traceable means to TRFB in Silverdale, Washington, with tracking information provided to the Contracting Officer's Representative within seventy-two hours of carrier pickup. The work involves a relatively small quantity of connectors with a compressed timeline, requiring completion within approximately two months from the anticipated contract award date.
