Notice text

This requirement is to provide the Strength Maintenance Training Battalion (SMTB) with a highly responsive process whereby the SMTB can provide Training, Training Development and Training Management for the Army National Guard (ARNG) Recruiting and Retention Force (RRF). Training requirements are determined using the current Fiscal Year (FY) Army Programmed Individual Training (ARPRINT) and the training development Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation and Evaluate (ADDIE) lifecycle process. SMTB's previous two fiscal years student throughput averaged just over 1,500 students.  Most services will be performed at the Strength Maintenance Training Battalion in Little Rock, Arkansas; however, occasionally services will be performed off site as part of a Mobile Training Team (MTT), including attending training workshops, and participating in training working groups.
