About this opportunity
The General Services Administration is soliciting proposals on behalf of the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center to procure up to 303 NATO Standard STANAG 4569 Level 1 Armored Utility Vehicles over a potential five-year ordering period. Offerors must meet the minimum specifications for armor protection, payload capacity, mobility, and durability outlined in the Commercial Item Description. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical compliance, prior experience, past performance, technical approach, and price, with non-price factors significantly more important than price. Proposals are due by April 17, 2023.
This requirement has been set aside entirely for small businesses. The NAICS code is 336112 and PSC code is 2530. Delivery of the first two production vehicles is required within 270 calendar days of order receipt, with a potential total value between $61 million to $303 million depending on the number of units ordered over five years. Performance will take place at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming.
