About this opportunity
The Transportation Security Administration seeks to recompete its contract for specialized security training services. The incumbent contractor provides a full range of training support including curriculum development, threat mitigation engineering, program management, and logistics. The solicitation will result in an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to continue these services at the TSA training facility in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical approach, past performance, small business participation, and pricing, with responses due by February 1st and oral presentations to follow.
There is no set-aside designation for this opportunity. The predominant NAICS code appears to be 611430 and the main PSC code is R425. The incumbent contractors will provide existing curriculum materials to the new awardee. The current contract ceiling is $200 million over five years with a minimum guarantee of $250,000. Task orders will require services across various training functions on an as-needed basis. Feedback on the draft solicitation was due December 28th, with questions from an industry day due by January 26th.
