Place of performance is Warner Robins, Georgia, with delivery required 60 days after receipt of order to 450 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Building 385, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia 31098-1887. The solicitation calls for 600 units each of sheet metal pallets (Material Number 8115-N00001822) and wooden-sheet metal lids (Material Number 8115-N00004162). All plywood must meet Voluntary Product Standard PS 1-07, Exterior Grade CC. Fastening methods include 1-inch power-driven staples or, per Amendment 0002 (posted July 1), nails, provided nails do not penetrate through the bottom of the pallet and securely fasten the plywood.
Award will be made on an all-or-none basis using a Lowest Technically Acceptable Price methodology. Technical acceptability is determined by the offeror's ability to provide supplies in accordance with schedule and drawings and delivery schedules.
