About this opportunity
U.S. Army Contracting Command–Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Division announced on October 15, 2026, its intent to award a sole-source out-of-scope modification extending the period of performance to ERProSource360 LLC for Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services. The requirement is set aside to small business.
The modification supports the CPE-Ground Program Manager M2S and addresses ongoing materiel fielding support throughout the Army. The government justifies the sole-source award under 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1), citing that ERProSource360 is the only responsible source capable of meeting the requirement and that discontinuing the program to award to another provider would cause unacceptable delays, leaving warfighters without critical materiel fielding support capability.
Interested contractors may identify their capability and interest by email only to patrick.j.wallace3.civ@army.mil and trisha.r.scott.civ@army.mil no later than 1000 EST October 21, 2026. This is not a request for proposals; no solicitation document is available. The requirement carries NAICS code 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services) with a small business size standard of $19.5 million. Responding contractors bear all associated costs; the government will not reimburse information or administrative expenses.
Notice text
The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division in support of the CPE-Ground PM M2S intends to award an out of scope modification to extend the Period of Performance on a sole source basis to ERProSource360 LLC located at 1050 Connecticut Ave NW FL 5, Washington, DC 20036-5303, under the authority as prescribed in 10 United States Code 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul 6.103-1(c)(2)(ii)
