About this opportunity
The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), a civilian agency within the Department of Homeland Security, is seeking a contractor to deliver diversity and inclusion (D&I) awareness training to promote an inclusive workplace culture. The contractor will be required to provide a 45-minute keynote address and a 4-hour employee engagement training exercise at an annual summit in Washington, D.C. The training should build D&I acumen, strengthen leadership's awareness and accountability, and cultivate an inclusive workforce. Quotes will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable technical basis and price reasonableness, and the USCG intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order without exchanges. Quotes are due by July 8, 2024.
This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% 8(a) small business set-aside. There are no incumbent contractors identified. The anticipated period of performance is August 21-22, 2024 at the USCG Headquarters in Washington, D.C. The contractor will be responsible for developing the training curriculum, providing qualified personnel, and delivering participant guides and other training materials.
