Added: May 13, 2015 4:15 pm Modified: Jun 11, 2015 10:21 amTrack Changes This is a pre-solicitation notice for Space Operations Support (SOS).  The Headquarters United States Air Force, Directorate of Space Operations (HAF/A3S) has a requirement for operational, technical and acquisition support to aid HAF leadership in providing for the defense of the United States and allies/coalition partner nations.  Overall contractor responsibilities shall include, interfacing and performing technical and programmatic liaison functions as required, conducting or interfacing with program or system requirements, operations, planning, research development, testing and evaluation, and system acquisition and sustainment.  The proposed contract will be 100% full and open competitive procurement.  This service will be conducted at The Pentagon.  Period of performance will be twelve (12) months plus 2 twelve (12) month options and a one (1) month transition period. The government intends to make a single award Firm-Fixed Price Requirements contract to the offeror that represents the best overall value based upon an assessment of technical/technical risk, past performance, and cost/price. Solicitation No. FA7014-15-R-5011 will be issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541611. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 19 May 2015 at www.fbo.gov. Proposals shall be submitted via e-mail to melissa.s.tamayo@mail.mil.
