About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center is conducting market research to identify potential contractors for a Small Composite Cleanroom Modification project at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma, designated as Serv C25-007. Despite the project title referencing cleanroom modification, the notice indicates this is actually for Secure Shredding Services to support United States Air Force personnel, handling unclassified documents up to the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level. Contractors must possess expertise in aircraft engine and engine parts manufacturing under NAICS Code 336412, along with capabilities for document security and handling. The evaluation will assess company qualifications, past performance on similar projects, quality assurance processes, technical capabilities, and facility resources. Responses to this market survey are due by October 17, 2025, with questions directed to Tori Wallace at 405-734-0453 or tori.wallace@us.af.mil.

This opportunity does not utilize any set-aside designations and encourages participation from both large and small businesses, including woman-owned, veteran-owned, and other certified small business entities. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the documentation, nor are any award values, budget ranges, or specific contract quantities disclosed at this market research stage. Joint ventures and teaming arrangements are explicitly welcomed, with contractors advised to explain how they would address any capability gaps through partnerships or subcontracting. Companies lacking sufficient experience in particular areas are encouraged to detail their strategies for overcoming these limitations and to identify work areas that could be exclusively set aside for small business participation. The government emphasizes that participation in this survey does not guarantee inclusion in future solicitations or contract awards.
